Walking
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit E which leads you to the riverside. Walk towards the Singapore River and follow the riverbank promenade. Continue walking along the river until you reach the historic Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself on the other side of the river at the Esplanade. From there, walk straight along the Esplanade Drive until you reach Empress Place. Victoria Theatre is located at 9 Empress Place, just a short walk from the Esplanade.

If you are in the Clarke Quay area, locate the Clarke Quay Central shopping mall. From the mall entrance, walk straight towards the river, and turn left to walk along the riverbank. Keep walking until you reach the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, and after crossing, continue straight along the Esplanade Drive. Victoria Theatre will be on your right at 9 Empress Place.

From Clarke Quay, you can catch Bus 75 or 100 from the bus stop on Eu Tong Sen Street. Board the bus and ride for about 6 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'The Esplanade' (Bus Stop ID: 02139). From the bus stop, walk towards the Esplanade and then along the Esplanade Drive to reach Victoria Theatre, located at 9 Empress Place.
