From Clarke Quay MRT Station, exit the station and walk towards the Singapore River. Turn right along the riverbank and continue walking until you reach the iconic Clarke Quay area filled with restaurants and bars. Keep walking along the river until you see the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead. After crossing the bridge, you will see Empress Place on your left. Walk towards 9 Empress Place, where the Victoria Theatre is located. The theatre is directly across from the Asian Civilisations Museum.

From Clarke Quay MRT Station, board the North East Line towards Punggol. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Transfer to the Circle Line and head towards HarbourFront. Alight at the next stop, Fort Canning MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards Hill Street. From Hill Street, walk straight until you reach Empress Place. The Victoria Theatre will be located at 9 Empress Place.
