If you're starting from the East Coast Park Service Centre, head east along the beach path towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and continue walking for about 1 km. You'll pass by the various park amenities and scenic views of the coastline. Keep an eye out for the large sign indicating the exit towards the ECP. Once you reach the ECP, you will need to follow the signs to Bedok South Avenue 1. After a short walk, you will find a bus stop nearby.

At the bus stop near East Coast Park, board bus number 36, 48, or 197. The bus will take you towards Bedok South Avenue. Stay on the bus for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the stop at Bedok South Ave 1. Once you get off, head towards the East Coast Parkway exit and continue walking straight ahead.

Walking
From the bus stop at Bedok South Avenue 1, walk straight for about 1.5 km. You'll pass through a residential area, and you can ask locals for directions to reach 'Bengkong Ratu' as it is a well-known location. Continue walking until you reach the intersection where you can see the Bank BRI on your left. The cetya hok tek pek kong (Bengkong Ratu) will be directly across from the bank.
