Walking
Start at the East Coast Park's Park Connector near the East Coast Parkway (ECP). Follow the Park Connector path towards the East Coast Park Service Centre. This will take you through the scenic coastal areas of the park. Once you reach the Service Centre, you will need to head towards the beach area. From there, you can either continue walking along the beach or take the path that leads towards the East Coast Ferry Terminal.

Public Transport
If you are near the East Coast Park Service Centre, walk to Bus Stop 93329 (East Coast Parkway) and take Bus 36 or 48 towards Changi Airport. Get off at the 'Changi Village' bus stop. From there, follow the signs to the Changi Village Ferry Terminal. Ferries from Changi Village will take you to Pemping Island. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance as they may not run frequently.
