From the East Coast Park area, head towards the main pathway that runs along the beach. Follow the path heading west. You will pass by various park amenities. Continue walking until you reach the end of the park where it meets Marine Parade Road. Cross the road at the traffic light, and you will see a bus stop. Take Bus 36 or 43 towards the city. Get off at the 'Esplanade' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Connaught Drive, and you will find Esplanade Park on your left, where the Tan Kim Seng Fountain is located.

Cycling
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the East Coast Park Cycling Path. Head west along the designated cycling path that runs parallel to the beach. Continue cycling until you reach the end of East Coast Park where it turns into Marine Parade Road. Follow the signs for the cycling path that leads towards the city center. Once you reach the Esplanade area, dismount and park your bicycle. The Tan Kim Seng Fountain is located in Esplanade Park, just a short walk from the cycling path.

From East Coast Park, make your way to the nearest bus stop on Marine Parade Road. Board Bus 36 or 43 heading towards the city. Stay on the bus for approximately 20-25 minutes.
