If you are driving from Pulau Semakau, you'll first need to take a ferry back to the mainland of Singapore, arriving at Marina South Pier. Once you reach Marina South Pier, drive towards the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and follow signs for the Tuas Second Link. Cross the Johor Causeway, and enter Malaysia. Continue on the North-South Expressway (E2) towards Johor Bahru. Take the exit for Jalan Kukup and follow the signs towards Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai in Kukup. The park is located at Mukim, 82030 Kukup, Johor, Malaysia. Ensure you have your passport ready for customs at the border.

To reach Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai using public transportation, start by taking a ferry from Pulau Semakau back to Marina South Pier. From there, take a bus or taxi to Jurong East Bus Interchange. From Jurong East, catch a bus to Larkin Sentral in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Once at Larkin Sentral, look for buses heading to Kukup. These buses will take you to Kukup, where you can take a taxi to Taman Negara Johor Tanjung Piai at Mukim, 82030 Kukup, Johor, Malaysia.
