Walk along the main road until you reach the direction signs for the ferry terminal. Follow the signs to the ferry and take it to Changi Point Ferry Terminal. Once you arrive at Changi Point, you can either walk to the nearest bus stop or hail a taxi to reach Jalan Wong Ah Fook in Johor Bahru.
