From Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, exit the reserve and head south on Jalan Buloh. Turn right onto Jalan Seelong/Tampines Expressway (ECP). Continue on ECP until you reach the exit for the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). Follow the AYE towards the Tuas Second Link, which will lead you into Malaysia. Once you cross the border, follow the signs for Johor Bahru. Keep left at the fork to continue on Jalan Skudai. After approximately 20 minutes, take the exit for Jalan Air Molek. The Johor Tourist Information Center will be on your right at 2, Jalan Air Molek, Bandar Johor Bahru. Note: Be prepared for possible toll charges when crossing the border and on the expressways.

Start at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve and take a bus to Kranji MRT Station. From Kranji, take the MRT to Woodlands MRT Station. After reaching Woodlands, you can take a bus to the Woodlands Checkpoint to cross into Malaysia. Once in Malaysia, you can catch a bus to Johor Bahru.
