If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. Head south on Kranji Way towards Kranji Road. Continue straight onto Mandai Road. Merge onto the SLE (Seletar Expressway) and follow signs for KJE (Kranji Expressway). Take Exit 7 for BKE towards Woodlands. Continue on BKE until you reach the junction with the PIE (Pan Island Expressway). Merge onto PIE and follow signs for the city. Continue on the PIE, and take Exit 2A onto the CTE (Central Expressway) towards the city. Follow signs for Chinatown and exit onto Upper Cross Street. Continue onto South Bridge Road, and you will find Masjid Jamae (Chulia) at 218 South Bridge Rd.

For those using public transportation, begin at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve and take bus 925 from the nearest bus stop. Ride to Kranji MRT Station. From Kranji MRT Station, board the North South Line towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and transfer to the North East Line. Take the train towards HarbourFront and alight at Chinatown MRT Station. Exit the station and head towards Pagoda Street. Walk towards South Bridge Road and you will find Masjid Jamae (Chulia) at 218 South Bridge Rd.
