Car
From Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, exit the reserve and head towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Continue driving straight until you reach the junction with the Pan Island Expressway (PIE). Merge onto the PIE towards Changi Airport. Follow the signs to Changi Airport and continue along the ECP (East Coast Parkway). Take the exit toward Airport Boulevard, and follow Airport Boulevard until you arrive at Jewel Changi Airport, where the Shiseido Forest Valley is located at 78 Airport Blvd.

Public Transportation
From Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 67 or 75 toward Bukit Panjang MRT Station. Get off at Bukit Panjang MRT Station. From there, take the Downtown Line (Blue Line) and travel towards Expo MRT Station. At Expo, switch to the East West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris and alight at Changi Airport MRT Station. Follow the signs for Jewel Changi Airport, and you will find Shiseido Forest Valley at 78 Airport Blvd.
