Once you reach Salgótarján, look for signs directing you to Eresztvény. Drive into Eresztvény and continue until you reach Eresztvény felső bányatelep, where Novohrad - Nógrád Geopark Nonprofit Kft. is located. Parking is available on-site.

For public transportation, take a bus from Novohrad to Salgótarján. Buses run regularly throughout the day and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Salgótarján bus station, you will need to catch a local taxi or check for local bus services that go to Eresztvény. Depending on the time of day, a taxi ride to Eresztvény felső bányatelep will cost approximately 2,000 HUF.
