Car
If you are driving, start from the popular town of Poprad. From Poprad, take Route 537 towards Tatranská Lomnica. Continue on Route 537 until you reach the junction with Route 67. Turn left onto Route 67 towards Tatranská Javorina. Follow this road until you reach Tatranská Javorina. Look for parking facilities near the entrance to Bielovodská dolina, as parking space can be limited during peak seasons.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Poprad to Tatranská Lomnica. Trains run regularly, and the journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Tatranská Lomnica, transfer to a local bus heading to Tatranská Javorina. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the last stop, Tatranská Javorina, where you will find the access point to Bielovodská dolina.
Hiking
After arriving in Tatranská Javorina, you will need to hike to Bielovodská dolina. The trailhead is well-marked and starts near the bus stop. The hike is approximately 10 kilometers and can take about 3-4 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking gear and carry enough water and snacks for the journey. The trail leads through beautiful landscapes and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
