If you are driving, start from the town of Poprad, which is the nearest major city. Take the E50 road towards Vysoké Tatry. Once in Vysoké Tatry, follow signs for Tatranská Lomnica and continue to the parking area near the Hrebienok cable car station. There is a paid parking area (approximately €1 per hour). From the parking area, take the Hrebienok cable car to Hrebienok station, which costs around €9 for a round trip. From Hrebienok, follow the marked hiking trail towards Hincovo tarn (Veľké Hincovo pleso). The hike is about 2.5 hours (approximately 5 km) and is a moderate trail, so wear comfortable hiking shoes.
