Car
If you are driving, head towards Tatranská Javorina from your current location in the Tatras. Take the main road (E50) and follow the signs for Tatranská Javorina. Once you arrive in Tatranská Javorina, look for signs directing you to the Żółty szlak pieszy trailhead. There is a small parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your car. Expect to pay around 3-5 EUR for parking, depending on the duration.
Public Transportation
To reach Východná Vysoká using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in the Tatras to Tatranská Javorina. You can check local bus schedules for routes. Once you arrive at the Tatranská Javorina bus stop, walk towards the Żółty szlak pieszy trailhead. The trailhead is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus return schedules to avoid being stranded in the area.
Hiking
From the Żółty szlak pieszy trailhead, you will begin your hike towards Východná Vysoká. The trail is marked and well-maintained, making it accessible for most hikers. The hike will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on your fitness level. Make sure to wear proper hiking shoes and carry enough water and snacks.
