Walking
If you're starting from the Žilina Railway Station, exit the station and head south towards the intersection with J. M. Hurbana Street. Turn left onto J. M. Hurbana Street and continue walking straight for about 500 meters. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto J. V. S. S. Street. Continue walking straight for another 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road, Hlinkova Street. Turn right onto Hlinkova Street and walk for about 200 meters. The Monument to M.R. Štefánik will be on your left, located in a small park area.

Public Transport
From the Žilina Railway Station, you can take bus number 13 or 31 towards 'Hliny'. Board the bus and ride for about 5 stops, approximately 10 minutes. Get off at 'Hlinkova' stop. After exiting the bus, walk straight down Hlinkova Street for about 200 meters. The Monument to M.R. Štefánik will be on your left in a park area.

If you're in the city center, head southeast towards Mariánske námestie. From there, take Karpat́ska Street towards the main road. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto J. V. S. S. Street. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach Hlinkova Street. Turn right and the Monument to M.R. Štefánik will be on your left after about 200 meters.
