From Bled, head to the Bled Jezero train station. You can take a local bus from Bled to Ljubljana, which typically departs every hour. The bus takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Ljubljana. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Ljubljana, exit the bus and make your way to the Ljubljana city center.

Once you are in Ljubljana city center, the Mednarodni grafični likovni center is located at Pod turnom 3. From the central square (Prešeren Square), head southeast on Gregorčičeva ulica, then turn right onto Trg francoske revolucije. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pod turnom. Turn left onto Pod turnom, and you will find the center on your right.
