Walking
From the center of Kamnik, head towards the main square (Glavni trg). Once you reach the square, look for the bus station located near the square. From the bus station, take bus number 6 towards Šoštanj. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. After getting off at the Šoštanj bus station, walk towards Primorska cesta. Turn right onto Primorska cesta, and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Muzej usnjarstva na Slovenskem, located at Primorska cesta 6h.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kamnik. Start from the main square (Glavni trg) and head southwest towards the road leading to Šoštanj. Follow the bike paths that lead to Šoštanj, which will take you along scenic routes. The distance is around 15 km and will take approximately 1 hour. When you arrive in Šoštanj, find Primorska cesta and ride until you reach the museum at Primorska cesta 6h.
