From the center of Kranjska Gora, head towards the main bus station located on Borovška cesta. Catch the bus that goes to Vršič Pass. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vršič Pass bus stop, exit the bus and look for the signs that direct you to Tičar Lodge. The lodge is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.
