    From the center of Nova Gorica, start at the main square, Trg Edvarda Kardelja. Head north on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev towards Gregorčičeva ulica. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the border checkpoint at the end of the street. Cross the border into Italy. Once in Italy, continue straight on Via Vittorio Veneto until you reach the intersection with Via Pio Nono. Turn right onto Via Pio Nono and continue for about 1 kilometer. You will eventually reach Largo Boiani in Cividale del Friuli, where the Statue of Julius Caesar is located.

    From Nova Gorica, walk to the Nova Gorica bus station located on Kolodvorska ulica. Take the bus to Cividale del Friuli. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cividale del Friuli bus station, exit and head east on Via F. Santi towards Via Pio Nono. Continue on Via Pio Nono for about 500 meters until you reach Largo Boiani, where the Statue of Julius Caesar is situated.
