Continue walking along the coast, enjoying the sea view, until you reach the nearby town of Portorož. In Portorož, look for the bus station where you can catch a bus headed to Motovun. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

From Piran, first walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the edge of the town near the Tartini Square. Take a local bus to Portorož. Once you arrive in Portorož, transfer to a bus heading to Motovun. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary, especially on weekends. The total travel time including transfers will be about 1.5 to 2 hours.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle in Piran and head towards the coastal road, following the signs to Portorož. Once in Portorož, continue following the road that leads inland towards Motovun. The biking trail is scenic but may be challenging due to the hilly terrain, so be prepared for a workout. The distance is about 25 km, which could take around 2-3 hours depending on your biking speed.
