If you are in the central area of Portorož, make your way towards the waterfront promenade along the Adriatic Sea. Follow the promenade heading south until you reach the end where it intersects with the main road, Obala. At the intersection, turn left onto Obala and continue walking. You will pass various shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the entrance to the main square, Trg slobode, which will be visible on your right. The square is a popular gathering spot and often hosts events.

You can take a local bus from any point in Portorož. Look for bus stops that have routes listed towards Umag or the central square area. Once on the bus, ensure you ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Trg slobode. After you get off, follow the signs leading towards the square, which should be within a short walking distance.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the coastal bike paths. Start from any point in Portorož and head towards the main promenade. Follow the bike path that runs parallel to the coast until you reach the main road, Obala. Turn left and continue until you see the signs for Trg slobode.
