If you are in the center of Portorož, start by heading towards the coast on Obala street. Walk along Obala street towards the direction of Bernardin. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Obala 2, where Tennis Club Hari is located. You will see signs for the club as you approach, and the entrance is easily recognizable.
