Walking
From the center of Škofja Loka, head south on the main street (Cankarjeva Cesta) towards the river. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road heading towards Idrija, which is marked. Follow this road until you reach a bus stop called 'Idrija'. Once at the bus stop, you will need to take a bus towards Idrija. The bus should arrive every 30 minutes. After approximately 20 minutes, you will arrive at Idrija. From the bus stop, walk towards the Kosovelova Ulica; it is about a 10-minute walk. The Anthony's Shaft Mining Museum will be located on your left at Kosovelova Ulica 3.

Start at the Škofja Loka bus station, located near the town center. Purchase a ticket to Idrija from the ticket counter or machine. Board the bus heading to Idrija. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes depending on the traffic. Once you arrive in Idrija, disembark at the main bus station. From there, exit the station and head left on the main street until you reach Kosovelova Ulica. Turn right onto Kosovelova Ulica, and you will find the Anthony's Shaft Mining Museum at number 3, just a short walk away.
