Bus
From Trieste, head to the bus station located at Piazza della Libertà. Look for the bus service to Idrija. Buses to Idrija may not run frequently, so check the schedule ahead of time. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After arriving at the Idrija bus station, exit and walk towards the main street. Continue straight until you reach Prelovčeva ulica. Turn left onto Prelovčeva ulica, and after a short walk, you will find TIC Idrija located at number 5 on your right.

Train and Bus
First, walk to the Trieste Centrale train station. From there, take a train towards Gorizia. After arriving at Gorizia, you will need to transfer to a local bus that goes to Idrija. Look for signs or ask for directions to the bus terminal in Gorizia. Once you find the bus terminal, board the bus to Idrija. Upon arrival at the Idrija bus station, walk straight towards Prelovčeva ulica, turn left, and you will find TIC Idrija at number 5.
