Walking
From the center of Škofja Loka, head towards the main square (Slovenski trg). Once you reach the square, look for the sign directing you to the bus station (Avtobusna postaja). Walk past the bus station and continue straight, following the path that leads down the hill. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the main road (Cesta na Loka). Cross the road, and follow the signs toward Ljubljana. You will eventually see a bus stop for the local buses heading to Ljubljana. Board the bus that says 'Ljubljana' and enjoy the ride. The Mesarski Most (Meat Bridge) is located in the heart of Ljubljana near the river, just a short walk from the bus stop.

Public Transport
From Škofja Loka, make your way to the bus station (Avtobusna postaja) in the town center. Look for buses heading towards Ljubljana; they usually run every 30 minutes. Purchase a ticket at the station or on the bus. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana bus station, exit and head towards the city center. You can follow the signs that lead to the river; Mesarski Most is located near the riverbanks. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Just follow the river until you see the bridge.
