Walking
If you are starting from the Škofja Loka town center, head southeast on Cankarjeva cesta towards the main square. Continue past the Town Hall and the Church of St. Jacob. After reaching the square, take a left onto Blaževa ulica. Walk along Blaževa ulica for about 300 meters. The Statue of St John of Nepomuk will be located on your left side at Blaževa ulica 13. Look for the statue near the Selca Sora River.

From the main bus station in Škofja Loka, take any local bus heading towards the town center. Get off at the 'Trg svobode' stop. From there, walk southeast towards Cankarjeva cesta, continue to the main square, and follow the directions provided for walking from the town center to the statue.
