Getting There
Car
If you are traveling by car, begin your journey from Auki, the provincial capital of Malaita. Head northwest on the main road (the Honiara-Auki road) for approximately 40 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Central Kwara'ae. After passing the village of Kwalala, continue for another 5 kilometers until you reach Nunu Aitolo. The Nunu Ecolodge will be located on your left-hand side. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as gas stations are limited along this route.

To reach Nunu Ecolodge via public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi from the Auki bus station heading towards Central Kwara'ae. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Nunu Aitolo.
