If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve and head towards the R531 road. Follow the R531 for about 30 km until you reach the town of Hoedspruit. From Hoedspruit, take the R36 towards the Swadini area. Look for signs directing you to Forever Resorts, Blyde River. The boat jetty is located approximately 4 km from Forever Resorts. Parking is available at the jetty area.

To reach Blyde Dam Boat Trips using public transport, you will need to take a bus or shuttle from Hoedspruit to the Swadini area. Buses may not run frequently, so check local schedules in advance. Once you arrive in Swadini, you can take a taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to take you to the boat jetty which is 4 km from Forever Resorts. It’s advisable to confirm the taxi fare beforehand, which can vary but expect around R50 to R100 depending on the distance and negotiation.
