Getting There

• Public Transport

  Start at the Cape Town Central Station. Take the Metrorail train heading towards Simon's Town. Disembark at the Muizenberg Station. From there, you can catch a local taxi (called a minibus taxi) heading towards Fish Hoek. Inform the driver you want to get off at Barnard Street. After getting off, head north on Barnard Street until you reach the entrance to Admiral's Waterfall, which is located at 37 Barnard St, Mount Pleasant.

• Walking

  If you are staying within central Cape Town, you can take a scenic walk to Admiral's Waterfall. Head towards the V&A Waterfront and follow the coastline until you reach the main road. From there, you can take a bus or minibus taxi to Muizenberg Station, as described above. Alternatively, if you prefer to walk, continue along the coast until you reach Simon's Town, then follow the train line to Muizenberg and catch the minibus taxi.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city. Cycle along the coastline towards Muizenberg. The route is scenic and will take you through beautiful beachside areas. Once you reach Muizenberg, you can lock your bike at the station and catch a minibus taxi to Barnard Street. Make sure to keep your bike secured.
