Starting from any major city in Northern Cape, such as Kimberley, head south on the N12 highway. Continue on the N12 until you reach the junction with the N1 highway near Colesberg. Merge onto the N1 heading towards Cape Town. After approximately 450 km, take the exit towards M3 (Cape Town). Follow the M3 for about 15 km, then take the exit towards Muizenberg.
