If you are in Cape Town city center, head to the Cape Town Train Station. Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards Simon's Town. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Disembark at the Glencairn Station. From the station, walk towards the main road (Glencairn Main Road) and turn right. Follow the road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Glencairn Beach, which will be on your left.

From the city center, you can take the MyCiTi bus service. Board the bus at the Civic Centre stop and take the bus route towards Simon's Town. Get off at the ‘Glencairn’ stop. Once you exit the bus, walk down Glencairn Main Road for about 5-10 minutes until you reach Glencairn Beach, which will be on your left.

For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Cape Town. Head towards the Sea Point Promenade and follow the coastal route along the coastline. Continue past Kalk Bay and follow the signs toward Simon's Town. Glencairn Beach will be about a 50-minute ride from Sea Point, and you will arrive at the beach after passing through scenic coastal views.
