Public Transport (Bus)

You need to alight at the 'Silvermine' bus stop, which is located near the entrance to the Silvermine Nature Reserve. From the bus stop, you will walk approximately 1 km along the road leading into the reserve to reach Silvermine Dam.

If you are already in the Kalk Bay area, you can walk to Silvermine Dam. Start from Kalk Bay Main Road and head towards the Silvermine Nature Reserve entrance, which is located near the M3 highway. Follow the signs for the Silvermine Nature Reserve, and once you enter, stroll along the paths that lead to the dam, which is about a 2 km walk from the entrance.
