If you're driving from the city of Phalaborwa, head south on the R71 towards Tzaneen. Continue on the R71 for approximately 35 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the R36. Turn left onto the R36 and follow the signs for Modjadji Nature Reserve. After about 15 kilometers, turn right onto the R528, which will lead you directly to the reserve entrance.
