If you're traveling by car, head towards Constantia Nek from wherever you are in Table Mountain National Park. Follow the signs to the Constantia area. From the park entrance, take the M3 motorway heading south. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards Constantia. Follow the signs to Constantia Nek Jeep Track. There is parking available at Constantia Nek, but be aware that it may fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

Public Transport (Bus)
For those using public transportation, take the MyCiTi bus from the city center. Board the bus at the Civic Centre station and take the route towards Hout Bay. Get off at the 'Constantia Village' stop. From there, you can either walk approximately 3 km through the Constantia area to reach Constantia Nek, or alternatively, you can catch a local taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance. Please note that bus fares range from R11 to R30 depending on your starting point.

If you're already within Table Mountain National Park and prefer to walk, make your way towards the Jeep Track that leads to Constantia Nek. Depending on your starting point within the park, follow the marked paths towards the southern slopes of the mountain. The walk can take about 1-2 hours, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Look out for trail markers and signs guiding you to Constantia Nek.
