From Table Mountain National Park, start by heading south on the M62 towards the M3. Continue on the M3 until it merges with the N2. Follow the N2 and take exit 43 for R44 towards Somerset West. Continue on R44 until you reach Old Sir Lowry's Pass Road. Turn left onto Old Sir Lowry's Pass Road and follow the signs to Waterkloof Wine Estate. The estate will be on your right after approximately 3 km.
