If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the city center of Cape Town. From there, take the N2 highway heading towards Simon's Town. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit for the M3 towards Muizenberg. Continue on the M3 until you reach the intersection with the M61. Turn right onto the M61, which will take you through the suburb of Camps Bay. Follow the M61 until you reach Victoria Road. Turn left onto Victoria Road and continue until you see Bakoven Beach. Look for the sign indicating 12 Kreef Lane, which is the specific address for the beach.

To reach Bakoven Beach via public transport, first make your way to the Cape Town Central Station. From there, take the MyCiTi bus service (Route 104) towards Camps Bay. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes along Victoria Road towards Bakoven. You will find Kreef Lane on your left. The total cost for the MyCiTi bus fare is approximately R19.
