From Mkuze, take a local bus heading towards the nearest larger town, Hluhluwe. You will need to inform the driver that you want to get off near the D464 district road. Once you arrive at the D464 junction, you can either walk for about 3 kilometers to reach the entrance of Manyoni Private Game Reserve or try to flag down a passing taxi for a quicker ride.
