    If you're driving from downtown Charleston, take US-17 N towards Mount Pleasant. Continue on US-17 N for approximately 5 miles. Once you approach Mount Pleasant, take the exit toward I-526 E. Merge onto I-526 E and take the exit for US-17 N toward Georgetown. After about 1 mile, take the exit for Coleman Blvd. Continue straight on Coleman Blvd until you reach the intersection with Pitt St. Turn right onto Pitt St, and you will find the Mount Pleasant Historic District just ahead. There is ample parking available in the area.
