If you are driving from downtown Charleston, start by heading northeast on Meeting St toward Calhoun St. Continue on US-17 N for about 5 miles. Take the exit toward Sullivan's Island and merge onto SC-703 E. Follow SC-703 E for approximately 3 miles, and it will lead you directly onto Sullivan's Island. As you enter the island, take a right onto Middle St, and you will find Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church at 1204 Middle St on your right.

To reach Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church using public transportation, take the CARTA bus route 40 from downtown Charleston. Get off at the stop at the intersection of US-17 and SC-703 (near Sullivan's Island). From there, you will need to walk about 1.5 miles down SC-703 E.
