Take the exit toward Folly Rd/James Island and merge onto Folly Rd. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Old Towne Rd. Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site will be on your left at 1500 Old Towne Rd, Charleston, SC 29407. There is a parking fee of $2 per hour.
