As you approach Charleston, merge onto the US-26 E ramp toward North Charleston. Follow I-26 E for about 10 miles. Take exit 221A for Meeting St toward US-17 Business S. Continue on Meeting St until you reach the intersection with Concord St. Turn left onto Concord St, and Joe Riley Waterfront Park will be on your right at Vendue Range.
