    From any location within Francis Marion National Forest, head southwest on the main road leading out of the forest towards US-17 S. Take US-17 S for approximately 25 miles. As you approach Charleston, merge onto the US-26 E ramp toward North Charleston. Follow I-26 E for about 10 miles. Take exit 221A for Meeting St toward US-17 Business S. Continue on Meeting St until you reach the intersection with Concord St. Turn left onto Concord St, and Joe Riley Waterfront Park will be on your right at Vendue Range.
