From Summerville, head to the Summerville Transit Center located at 500 N. Main St. Catch the CARTA Bus Route 10 towards Charleston. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Calhoun St. & Meeting St. in Charleston. From there, walk about 5 minutes northeast along Meeting St. until you reach the intersection with Church St. Turn left onto Church St. and walk for about 3 minutes until you arrive at the French Huguenot Church located at 136 Church Street.

If you're up for a bike ride, start at the Summerville Town Square. Head south on S. Main St. toward E. 2nd North St. Continue straight to stay on S. Main St. as it turns into US-78 E. Follow this road for about 12 miles until you reach the downtown Charleston area. Once you arrive in downtown Charleston, turn left on Calhoun St. and then take a right on Meeting St. Continue walking until you reach Church St., then turn left and the French Huguenot Church will be on your right at 136 Church Street.
