If you are starting from the historic downtown area, head towards the corner of Meeting St and Broad St. Walk south on Meeting St until you reach the intersection with South Market St. Turn right onto South Market St and continue until you reach East Bay St. Turn left onto East Bay St and walk until you reach the intersection with Pinckney St. Turn right onto Pinckney St, and Walks of Charleston will be on your left at 45 Pinckney St.

From the Charleston Visitor Center, board the CARTA bus route 10 (North Charleston) or 11 (Upper King). Get off at the stop at Meeting St and Broad St. From there, walk south on Meeting St, turn right onto South Market St, continue to East Bay St, turn left, and then turn right onto Pinckney St. Walks of Charleston will be at 45 Pinckney St on your left.

If you have rented a bike, start from the Charleston waterfront park on East Bay St. Ride north on East Bay St until you reach the intersection with Pinckney St. Turn left onto Pinckney St, and you will find Walks of Charleston at 45 Pinckney St.
