From there, take the 'Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA)' bus route that leads to Charleston. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the timing. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop closest to the Charleston City Market. From the City Market, walk east on Meeting Street until you reach Queen Street. Turn left onto Queen Street, and you will find the Queen Street Playhouse at 20 Queen St.

Continue on the bike path along Coleman Boulevard towards Shem Creek. Once you arrive at Shem Creek, follow the bike path along the waterfront until you reach the Charleston Bridge. Cross the bridge, and follow the path leading you into downtown Charleston. Upon entering Charleston, navigate to the City Market area. From the market, bike east on Meeting Street and turn left onto Queen Street. The Queen Street Playhouse will be located on your left at 20 Queen St.
