If you are near the Coligny Beach area, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start by heading north on Coligny Dr towards Pope Ave. Turn right onto Pope Ave and continue until you reach the intersection with 278. Turn left onto 278 and follow the bike lane. After about a mile, take a right onto Cardinal Rd. Island Winery will be on your left at 15 Cardinal Rd.

From the Sea Pines Resort, exit the resort and head towards South Beach. Walk along the shoreline until you reach South Beach Marina. From there, walk back towards the main road and take a right onto Cordillo Parkway. Continue on Cordillo Parkway until it intersects with Cardinal Rd. Turn left onto Cardinal Rd, and Island Winery will be on your right at 15 Cardinal Rd.

You can use the local shuttle service available on Hilton Head Island. Catch the 'Dunes Buggy' shuttle from any of the designated stops in the area. Inform the driver that you want to go to Island Winery. The shuttle will drop you off at the nearest stop on Cardinal Rd, which is just a short walk away from the winery located at 15 Cardinal Rd.
