Head north on William Hilton Parkway (US-278) for approximately 20 miles. Look for bike-friendly paths along the way. Once you arrive at the bridge heading into Bluffton, use the bike lane. After crossing the bridge, continue onto SC-46 towards Savannah. When you arrive in Savannah, follow signs to the Historic District, and then navigate towards Turner Blvd. The museum will be on your left.

  • Public Bus

    From Hilton Head Island, take the Palmetto Breeze public bus service. Board the Route 1 bus towards Bluffton. This bus will take you to the island’s main transit hub. From there, transfer to the Route 3 bus heading to Savannah. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for departure times. Once you arrive in Savannah, exit at the stop closest to Turner Blvd and walk towards 601 Turner Blvd, which is about a 10-minute walk. Look for signs directing you to the museum.

Turn left on Bay Street and head towards the riverfront.
