Merge onto I-126 W and continue for about 2 miles. Take exit 1B to merge onto I-20 W toward Augusta. Continue for about 7 miles and take exit 58A to merge onto US-1 S/US-378 W. After about 4 miles, take a right onto Wildlife Parkway. The entrance to Riverbanks Zoo & Garden will be on your right at 500 Wildlife Pkwy, Columbia, SC 29210. Parking is available on-site for a fee.
