Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 'Old Towne Road at the entrance to Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site.' After disembarking, walk approximately 0.2 miles down Old Towne Road, and you will see the entrance to Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site on your right.

If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in North Charleston. Start by heading west on Ashley Phosphate Road towards the West Ashley area. After about 4 miles, turn left onto Old Towne Road. Continue on Old Towne Road for about 1 mile, and you'll arrive at Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site. There are bike racks available for parking your bike at the site.
