If you are traveling by car, start by heading to Highway 17 (also known as Savannah Highway). From any location in the Sea Islands, make your way to Highway 17. If you're in areas like Kiawah Island or Seabrook Island, take the main roads that lead to Highway 17. Once on Highway 17, drive north towards Mount Pleasant. After approximately 25 miles, take the exit towards SC-517 E. Continue on SC-517 E for about 6 miles until you reach the Capers Island boat landing. Note that parking may be available, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in the Sea Islands to Charleston.
