If you are driving from any location in the Sea Islands, head towards US-21 N. Follow the signs for Beaufort. Once you reach Beaufort, take the exit for SC-280 E/Parris Island. Continue on SC-280 E for about 5 miles until you reach the entrance to Parris Island. You will need to show ID at the gate as it is a military installation. After passing through the gate, follow the signs to the museum, which is located at 111 Panama St, Beaufort, SC 29905.
