You'll reach the intersection with E Main St. Turn right onto E Main St and walk for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Beechwood Dr. Turn left onto Beechwood Dr, and the entrance to Edwin M. Griffin Nature Preserve will be on your right, approximately 0.4 miles down Beechwood Dr.
